Dick & Dom Out Of Da Bungalow
Q Magazine - Special Collectors Edition - February 2006

MORNING
Dom: I’ll stick on The Libertines last album to wake myself up while I have a shower. I need something pounding.
Dick: I’m more of a bath man. I like to sit in my own stinking water and not listen to anything.

NOON
Dick: I like depressing books, so I’m reading [Parkinson’s-afflicted actor] Michael J Fox’s autobiography, Lucky Man. It’s interesting but very dark. I do like death and despair.
Dom: I’ve only read two books in my life: Paul Daniels's autobiography Under No Illusion and Ginger Nuts, the Chris Evans biography. I’m dyslexic so I lose interest in books, but the Paul Daniels book was obviously such a gripping read that I couldn’t put it down.

NIGHT
Dom: I’m into Bloc Party’s Silent Alarm and Green Day’s American Idiot. I used to love Green Day so much that I’d dress in red braces, like Billie Joe Armstrong, at college. And red fingerless gloves and socks too. People just called me “tw*t”.
Dick: I love cooking in the evenings and listen to The Very Best of The Stone Roses. I’m not into current music. I listen to New Order and Pulp a lot.
